RETURN POLICY

* EM3 Video will refund full price or replace any damaged DVD with the same DVD that was originally ordered.
All refunds will be issued after the return of the damaged DVD to EM3 Video.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

* All DVD's will be shipped by UPS ground and should arrive within 5 to 15 days after order is received & processed.
All special request for other shipping and special handling will be charged an additional amount equal to the additional charges
for special handling billed to EM3 Video by the mailer as requested by the customer.

* International orders will take longer 15-20 days. Customers should be aware that customs can delay the shipping in some cases.
